During the delivery of services, I may access platforms on the Client's behalf (GoHighLevel, Wix CRM, Zapier, MailerLite, ManyChat, Meta Business Suite, Google Workspace, etc.). Any data encountered on these platforms is subject to both this Policy and the respective platform's privacy terms. I access only what is necessary to complete the agreed work.

  • Professional referrals: With your explicit consent, I may refer a colleague to assist with specific tasks. Any such engagement is governed by confidentiality.

5.3 Credential Deletion

I take the protection of your information seriously. Security measures include:
 

  • Password-protected devices and accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA) where available

  • Encrypted cloud storage and file sharing

  • Credentials stored in secured, access-controlled vaults

  • No storage of payment card details — all payments processed via secure third-party platforms

  • Phishing-aware handling of all Client-shared credentials

Despite these measures, no digital system is 100% impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that poses risk to your information, I will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware and take immediate corrective action.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
